Mission Day Ten: Relaxing and some Shopping in Busan

Today we deceided to sleep in till around 10-ish. Then we went out to explore some district in Busan to check out the stores they have. First we were looking for a bookstore Seomyeon. It was a little bit like YP Books and Kyobo Bookstore, but it was more centered around books.

After checking out the bookstore, we went to the other side of the Seomyeon station to find it's Kyobo Bookstore. We went looking and trying to find it, and eventually we found a building with some interesting stores like SPAO, Synnara Records and a Gundam Base hidden in the basement of the building.

First off we went to the Gundam Base as we were suprised to see it here in Seomyeon. We had to go down 2 floors to get to it...

The building has many interesting stores for the both of us. From music, modelskits, figures, dvd and bluray movies and fastfood restaurants...

We've gotten at the bottom of the building in it's Dungeon, which is  a place for the Gundam Fanboys to hang out...

(Lilia the first to arrive at the Gundam Store)

This Gundam Store appears to be even almost as big as that of Yongsang in Seoul. They did a really outstanding job on it's decoration. The even have large sized Gundams they don't have in the one in Yongsan...

As you can see here, Kurisu wants to get a pictures with the ZGMF-X20A Strike Freedom Gundam. He hasn't seen this Gundam yet in this size at a Gundam Store. Also because it's one of his favourite Gundams. Next standing to the Strike Freedom Gundam was the RX-0 Unicorn Gundam from one of the latest UC Gundam series...

This Gundam Base has a lot of products that the one in Yongsan doesn't have, like some PVC statues figures and some Robot Damashii Figures. They had a quite large collection of figures and model kits. When you buy products of a certain size, you get a free Gundam Cloth Bag...

After being amazed by this Gundam Base at Busan's Seomyeon district, we headed out for lunch at McDonalds. There we wanted to try it's local hamburger, the Bulgogi Burger...

After our lunch break we headed out to look for the Kyobo Bookstore again in Seomyeon. After walking a few minutes southwards, we finally saw down the street.

(Lilia in front of Kyobo Bookstore)

This Kyobo bookstore was rather small and pretty hot. It seems they didn't had the airco unit on. So it was pretty heavy to check out the books and other stuff downstairs. After walking and exploring around we went back towards the metro station, but with a detour...

We wanted to check out some other stores in the district. The streets were pretty interesting, so we walked around there and found an Artbox store. After checking Artbox we continued our walk and ended up in an Arcade. In there Kurisu played Initial D Stage 6AA for a moment to test his drifting skills...

After a short stop at the arcade we to went underground shopping center which was connected with the Subway Station. There we found a stored that's called Aladin which was a store that sells 2nd hand books, dvd's and music cd's. It was pretty interesting because you buy the stuff for 50% of the original price.

Then it was back to the district were we are staying, and there we went to the Lotte Department again to have some dinner. We had some ramen noodles.

Then we went off shopping at the YP Bookstore. After that we checked out some other stores...

Then it was back to our hotel by taking the subway train. Now it was checking out our stuff we've bought today from the stores we've visited...

Lilia has bought the latest album Everybody of Shinee at Seomyeon, and she is darn proud of it (^_^)

She also has bought the Special Edition of Lee Min Ho's first Album that's called My Everything.

Now it's time for us to log off and do some relaxing by checking out what's on TV...(Heirs ;p) Everybody we wish you a goodnight sleep and see you with our next blog.
