Mission Day Three: Western Dome, Lafesta and Lake Park, Ilsan

Lilia: Today the sun finally showed up. We decided to go to Western Dome, Lafesta and Lake Park. Those places are best known of Running Man episode 63- Couple Race with Girls Generation.

Lilia is showing you how our hotel looks like.

We decided to take the subway entrance in front of Lotte Fitin. Which is with the escalators. On our way we saw Kim Soo Hyun and Song Joong Ki.

(Kim Soo Hyun is thinking 'who are you?')

We had to charges our T-money card for the subway.

You can put money in the machine to charge it.

Our station is Dongdaemun History & Culture Park. From this station we have three subwaylines. The Green Line 2, Lightblue line 4 and Purple line 5.

Today we took lightblue Line 4 for one stop to Chungmuro where we took the Orange Line 3 to Jeongbalsan. Thats 19 stations away, thats 50 minutes with the subway. Finally we arrived and we were a little disorientated where Western Dome is located. But luckly we found it by looking at a map.

Western Dome was smaller than we've expected. Because on TV it looked bigger. They have a lot of fashions stores, restaurants and cafe's..

We walked around and because it was lunchtime, we decided to find a place to eat. Lilia caught her eyes on a restaurant called Santorini. The restaurant has a big painting of a landscape of Santorini, but they don't sell Greek food,

but Japanese food.

After dinner we wanted to find the entrance of the Hello Kitty Amusement & Restaurant.

But found a game hall first. It was kind of difficult to find the entrance of Helly Kitty restaurant. When we finally found the entrance with the lift to the 3th floor. We saw that it was dark and it wasn't open.

Too bad it is closed. we are not sure if it was only closed for today or permanent.

We decided to go to Lafesta and on our way we found a little map of the area.

We came across a restaurant of Kim Hyun Joong's mom. It wasn't open yet.

But Lilia wanted to take a picture of the restaurant. When we walked further. Lilia saw Daiso and wanted to go there. Since the Daiso in Myeongdong is closed.

Lilia found some bubblewrap for Kurisu figures.

Lilia really likes to browse in Daiso. They have lots of stuff. Kitchen accessoires, toys, food, make up... almost everything you need or think you need. After Lilia was finished we headed to Lafesta. Lafesta is much bigger than Western Dome. The first thing we saw, was a poster of a Gundam, which we assume it is a Shop. Our guess was correct that it was a shop with lots of Gundam and other anime figures. Chris was really surprised and shocked. Because of that he didn't know what to buy... So many choices to choose from...

Lafesta looks really nice with a little pond and a bridge in the middle of the shoppingmall. The shoppingmall is kind of a labyrint. But we found another nice store called ANIland. There they also sell lotsa Gundams and other anime figures.

We were already tired, but we decided to go to Lake Park anyway.

It was really crowded in the park, because the weather was really nice.

Lots of people were riding bikes, having picknicks, taking a walk or just enjoying the sun.

Kurisu demonstrated the fall in Running Man that Lee Kwang Soo made, whiling doing a mission.

There was also a flower festival where they displayed statues made of flowers. On our way back we walked passed the MBC building where they record the music program Music Core.
